The controller of personal data is the business identified above, operating this site under the Horeca Pilot brand.

For anything concerning personal data — access, rectification, erasure, objection — you can reach us through the channels listed above and on the contact page.

We have not appointed a data protection officer; correspondence is handled directly by the controller.

We collect only what you enter into the form: your name and email address and, if you provide them, company name, telephone, website, country, details about your property or product, and the content of your message.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we ask you not to include any in your message.

Outside the form, the site collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no logins and no cross-site tracking.

The forms exist solely to start a business conversation. Sending a message requires ticking the consent box for processing your data in order to answer you.

The form includes protection against automated submission: a hidden trap field and a check on how long the form took to complete. Neither collects any additional information about the person filling it in.

To answer your enquiry, to conduct the business correspondence that follows from it and, if a working relationship results, to manage it.

We do not use this data for a newsletter or for marketing unrelated to the question you asked.

Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — the consent you give when submitting the form.

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, where the contact leads to a working relationship.

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of the controller in conducting business correspondence and in establishing or defending legal claims.

Correspondence that does not lead to a working relationship is kept for up to two years from the last contact.

Data connected with an established working relationship is kept for its duration and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax rules and until the relevant limitation periods expire.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Data may be entrusted to the parties that technically operate the site: the hosting provider and the provider of the email service or system that receives form submissions.

We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

The site runs on the infrastructure of an external hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

The server keeps standard access logs, including the IP address, the time of the request and the browser type. These serve security and correct operation of the site only.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The controller is established in Poland, where that authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot answer your enquiry.
