This project did not start from an import idea. It started from running accommodation properties and being repeatedly unable to buy what we needed at the standard we wanted.

We run accommodation properties in Zakopane and Bukowina Tatrzańska and are involved in food service locations in the region. Every problem this project addresses is one we have had ourselves: a mattress that gave out after one season, a shower fitting that could not survive hard water, a laundry cost that made no sense, a supplier who disappeared after the invoice was settled.
Alongside that, we have built software — including systems for workforce time tracking and for hospitality operations. That background matters here in one specific way: we can evaluate a solution on implementation and data, not only on its specification.
This is not only a sales organisation. It is an operator that decided to look for better solutions properly, and then to make them available to other operators in Poland.

Who runs the project
The brand and the business behind it
Horeca Pilot is a commercial brand and a project. At this stage it is operated by WITEK KRZYSZTOF FIRMA HANDLOWO-USŁUGOWA TEL-SERVICE, based in Poronin — a business working in technology and technical services since 1997.
More than 30 years of field and technical experience provide the practical foundation for the hospitality projects. That experience is technical and operational rather than hotel-specific: the accommodation side runs in parallel, in our own properties in Podhale.
As the project grows, the legal operator may become a limited company. The brand, this address and the content will stay exactly as they are.

Italian partner relations
Our Italian-speaking partner liaison is based in Bologna and supports communication with Italian manufacturers and partners.
In practice this means an Italian manufacturer does not have to conduct a market-entry conversation in a second language, and that questions get answered in the same time zone and the same business culture.
