Hospitality Testing & Market Entry Network — Poland

We test, validate and launch hospitality products in Poland

Real hospitality environments.

Real guests.

Real market access.

We run our own accommodation, food and operations sites in the Polish mountains. Solutions we take on are installed there first — used by paying guests, in daily service — before we take them to the market.

Test. Validate. Launch. Scale.

Positioning

Not another distributor.

We create a bridge between selected European manufacturers and the Polish hospitality market. We test solutions in real hospitality environments, validate their operational and commercial potential, build reference installations, and introduce the ones that work to Polish hotels, restaurants and hospitality operators.

A catalogue can be forwarded by anyone. What is harder to find is a partner who will put a product into daily operation, live with it through a full season, and say plainly what happened — including when the answer is no.

The foundation

Built on a business that has been running since 1997.

Horeca Pilot is currently operated by TEL-SERVICE, a Polish technology and technical services business established in 1997, based in Poronin, in the Podhale region.

More than 30 years of field and technical experience provide the operational foundation for this project. We know what installation, servicing and a breakdown at the wrong hour actually involve — and what equipment looks like after a year of daily use.

Operated by TEL-SERVICE · established 1997

  • Over 30 years in the field

Experience gathered on real installations and repairs, not in sales presentations.

  • In business since 1997

Continuous operation in Poland, based in the same region as the test locations.

  • Our own business systems

We design and run our own software rather than only reselling other people's products.

How we work

From one pilot location to a scalable B2B model.

The same sequence for every product we take on. Nothing skips a step because a brand is well known.

  1. 01

    Discover

We look for products that answer a problem we recognise from running our own properties.

  2. 02

    Evaluate

We assess the potential in Poland: competition already present, price position, service requirements.

  3. 03

    Pilot

The product goes into one of our sites and is used the way a hotel actually uses it.

  4. 04

    Validate

Comfort, durability, service load, consumption, cost per use — measured, not assumed.

  5. 05

    Demonstrate

What passes stays installed, so a hotelier can see and touch it instead of reading a brochure.

  6. 06

    Sell

B2B sales built on a reference the buyer can visit, an hour's drive from Kraków airport.

  7. 07

    Scale

Distribution, service and repeat business across the Polish market.

Poland Hospitality Test Network

Seven places where a product meets reality.

Accommodation, food service, production and technical operations — in one region, within driving distance of each other. Four sites we operate ourselves, three run with partners.

Why Poland

A hospitality market still deciding what it will look like.

Poland is not a mature, closed market with fixed supplier relationships. For a manufacturer with a strong product, that is the interesting part.

A modernisation cycle in progress

A large part of the hotel stock built in the 2000s has reached the point where refurbishment is no longer optional.

Domestic tourism carries the market

Polish guests travel inside Poland in serious numbers, and what they accept as standard rises every season.

Mountain tourism runs all year

Podhale has two full seasons, winter and summer, which is rare and makes a test cycle much faster.

Guest experience became the differentiator

Sleep quality, bathrooms, scent, wellness — the details guests remember are now what price is argued over.

Operating cost pressure

Energy, water, laundry and labour costs push operators toward equipment that has to pay for itself.

A fragmented ownership structure

Few dominant chains. Independent owners decide quickly — and buy on evidence rather than on a framework agreement.

Zakopane and Podhale as a test environment

Zakopane is one of the best-known mountain destinations in Poland, with a guest profile that changes completely between seasons: winter sports, summer hiking, weekend city breaks, families, groups.

For testing, that mix is the point. A mattress used by a different guest every two nights ages faster than in a residential setting. A bathroom fitting sees more hands in a month than a private one sees in a year. Products reveal themselves here quickly.

What is being built right now

The Living Lab is under construction. Below is where each part of it stands today — not a wish list, a work plan.

  • Zakopane Hospitality Living Lab

Guest rooms and common areas are being rebuilt into a permanent demonstration environment.

    Expansion in progress
  • Bathroom Lab

Layouts drawn, tiles and sanitary ware being selected. Refurbishment planned as one continuous stage.

    Design & sourcing
  • Hotel Sleep Lab

Talks with mattress, topper and linen manufacturers about the first fully installed sleep set.

    Manufacturer selection
  • Private SPA

Sauna, hammam and minipool suppliers under review for the wellness area.

    Partner selection
  • Bukowina Operations Lab

Sourcing laundry, drying and dosing equipment for the demonstration room.

    Equipment sourcing

Two conversations, two starting points.

You manufacture

You have a product that works at home and you want to know whether it works here, before committing to a distribution structure.

  • A pilot in a real operating property
  • Operational data and guest feedback
  • A reference installation you can point buyers to
  • A route into B2B sales in Poland

You run a hotel

You are refurbishing, opening, or replacing something that keeps failing — and you would rather see it working than read the specification.

  • See solutions in an operating property, not a showroom
  • Ask what broke, what it costs, what the staff think
  • Buy the implementation, not only the product
  • Reference installations in Zakopane and Bukowina

Before we scale a solution, we want to see it work.

If you make something for hotels, restaurants or wellness and you are considering the Polish market — start with one conversation and one pilot.
