Small wellness areas that raise the rate per night.
Private wellness has become one of the strongest arguments for a higher rate in the Polish mountain market. A sauna or a minipool for the exclusive use of one apartment sells differently from a shared hotel spa.
It is also technically demanding: ventilation, drainage, structural load, water treatment and a service model that works in a property without a technical department.
We are especially interested in lightweight solutions that can be installed in existing buildings without structural reinforcement — that is where the Polish demand is.
