B2B procurement
We are looking for HoReCa manufacturers and suppliers.
We actively look for products for hotels, guesthouses, apartments, spas, foodservice and back-of-house operations. Send us your offer — whether you are looking for a distributor, a wholesale buyer, an implementation partner or simply a new B2B customer in Poland.
We buy for the properties we work with and for specific installations. Products that prove themselves can be offered to other properties and companies in the sector.
Not every partnership has to start with distribution. Sometimes the first step is a trial batch, sometimes a pilot, sometimes a single installation.
We work B2B only
We do not sell to consumers. That does not mean every deal has to be large — a partnership can start with a small pilot or a trial batch.
We do not promote hotels to tourists, and we do not open hospitality venues in Poland. We trade in products, solutions and technologies for properties.

Not on the list?
Your product falls outside these categories — furniture and contract fit-out, lighting, kitchen equipment, solutions for developments and commercial buildings? Write to us anyway. The list shows what we are actively looking for, not what we would turn down.
Where a partnership can start
Choose the model that fits your volumes. We can start with a small delivery.
- Trial purchase
- First delivery
- Regular B2B purchasing
- Import
- OEM
- Private label
- Pilot
- Resale
- Commercial partnership
- Distribution
- Exclusivity
We consider exclusivity only when volumes and the course of the partnership justify it — always under a contract, never at the start of the conversation.
What we assess beyond price
Price is where the conversation starts, not where it ends. Our technical background lets us assess what a Polish buyer asks about next.
Installation
How long it takes, what it requires and whether it can be done in an operating property.
Service and spare parts
Who repairs it, how quickly, and where the spare parts come from.
Reliability
How the product holds up after a season of daily use.
Cost of use
Energy, water, chemicals, consumables and staff time — not just the purchase price.
Documentation
Instructions, labelling and sales materials needed to sell in Poland.
Commercial terms
B2B price, minimum order, delivery times, private label or OEM options.
How an offer is handled
No registration and no long form.
- 01
Offer
Send the form or an email with a product description and a link to your catalogue.
- 02
Review
We check the fit with the Polish market and with the categories we buy in.
- 03
Conversation
If we see a possible fit, we get back to you with questions and a proposed first step.
- 04
Sample or first order
A trial batch, a first delivery or a pilot — depending on the product.
- 05
Growing the partnership
Regular purchasing, sales to further B2B customers and, if the model works, wider distribution.
Supplier questions
Do we need to register?
No. The form or an email is enough. We do not ask for data we do not need for a first reply.
Do you reply to every offer?
We read every one. We reply directly where we see a real possibility of working together — with a specific question or a proposed first step.
Do you buy small quantities?
Yes, if it makes commercial sense. A first order can be small — a trial batch or the equipment for a single property.
Is private label or OEM possible?
Yes, in categories where it makes sense — for example hotel cosmetics, textiles or professional chemicals. Terms depend on volumes and the minimum order.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. We work B2B only — with properties, operators and companies.
