Accommodation, a technical area, a venue on the main tourist street, a bakery, a food outlet and mobile units — all in the Podhale region. Three accommodation properties are run by our family business; four venues belong to partners.

This is not a formal network and it is not a showroom chain. These are places that operate commercially every day: guests sleep in them, kitchens serve in them, laundry runs in them.
A pilot is not a condition for working together. We propose one when durability, handling or guest response decides the deal — and then the product does not go on display, it goes to work in an operating property. If it has weak points, they show quickly, and we tell you plainly.

Zakopane is one of the best-known mountain destinations in Poland, with a guest profile that changes with the season: skiing, hiking, weekend trips, families, groups.
For testing products, that mix is an advantage. A mattress slept on by a different person every two nights wears faster than one in a private flat. A coffee machine here works far harder than one at home. A product's weak points show quickly.

Family-run property · year-round accommodation
The largest of our family business's properties, and the first one we propose for a pilot.
At Vika Home we can run an agreed pilot of solutions relating to guest comfort, room fit-out, hospitality technology, resource efficiency and selected items of equipment — in a property that sells rooms every day.
Selected solutions can be assessed during the property's normal operation: in rooms where guests really sleep, with a housekeeping team that has limited time for each room.
For a manufacturer, this is the difference between a laboratory result and an answer to the question that actually matters: does the guest notice, and does the property want to keep it.

Family-run property · small-property format
A smaller property — the format of a large part of Poland's accommodation stock.
Not every solution is aimed at a hundred-room hotel. A large part of the Polish market is guesthouses, apartments and small properties where there is no technical department and no night shift.
Wataha Home answers a specific question: does this product still make sense when there is nobody on site to service it, and does it pay for itself at a smaller scale.

Orla Village Bukowina
Family-run property · laundry and operations
The technical side of hospitality — the part guests never see and operators pay for every month.
Bukowina is an accommodation property open all year, so the laundry has a daily volume to get through. That is a real operational load under which a manufacturer's equipment can be assessed in a pilot — not a demonstration cycle. The room is separate from the guest area, so a pilot and demonstrations do not interfere with guests' stays.
This is where the equipment discussion moves from the specification sheet to cost per kilogram, cycle time, service intervals and chemical consumption.

A unit run by a business partner on one of the best-known tourist streets in Poland.
In an agreed pilot, this is where products that are simple, quick to prepare and sellable in heavy footfall can be checked — without a large back of house and without tying up a big team.
For a food manufacturer this answers questions a tasting session never will: will people buy it a second time, does it survive service at peak hours, and does the margin hold once staff time is counted.

A local production partner — not our property.
A pilot in a bakery gives access to something a test kitchen cannot provide: real production conditions, real batch sizes and a baker who will say immediately whether a recipe works in a working day.

Partner venue · pilots in the everyday rhythm of a working venue
A food outlet run by a partner.
In an agreed pilot, it allows products and semi-finished products to be checked in the normal rhythm of a working venue: limited time, regular staff, real orders and ordinary customer decisions.
This is a place for piloting simple gastronomy implementations, not for presenting ideal showroom conditions. What matters is preparation time, repeatability, portion cost, staff reaction and whether the product fits everyday sales.

A network of trailers belonging to a partner producing natural ice cream.
Mobile units reach places and moments that fixed premises do not: events, seasonal peaks, changing locations. They also impose the toughest discipline — a short menu, minimal equipment and no room for a complicated preparation.
